Return Policy
You are entitled to a refund, repair, exchange or credit if the products you have bought are:
- Faulty
- Significantly different to those shown or described to you
- Not doing what they are intended to do
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase as you will need to present this to us when returning goods.
We do not automatically accept returns if you simply change your mind about a product. At our discretion, we may offer to exchange an item you purchased but no longer like or want if:
- The item is returned to us within 7 days of purchase AND
- Proof of purchase is presented AND
- The item has not been used, is in original condition and returned in its original packaging
Shipped Products
At UNICORN Kitchenware, we ensure that all items we dispatch from our stores are packaged with care. In some instances, accidents and errors occur during delivery. If you should have any problems or concerns with a product you receive, please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item.
We may need you to return the product to us, in which case, you will be issued with a return authorisation number. Any items returned to us must not have been used, needs to be in its original and unmarked packaging together with any accompanying product documentation. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
If a valid claim is received, UNICORN Kitchenware will exchange the product where possible, or issue a refund or credit of the purchase amount of the product. The replacement item will be sent to you at our expense.
